Our group consisted of three members. But only two of us are working on the project. As we did not know each other that well in the beginning one of the hardest tasks was like how much effort every single member is going to put in our project. The division of the tasks itself well, as we agreed on what we would have to do. We clarified what was not clear or wrong. Then we started working on our tasks. But at the end I should have taken the leadership role of group and completed every task because of the absence of my group members. And we were not completed our tasks on time because of lack of communication, their presence and the efforts to complete the project very well by the other group members.
As a team I tried to help them out as good as possible and gave suggestion so many times on what they could add or improve to solve the problem as I discussed in our group meetings with our instructor. So, according to his feedback we are on right track professionally but at the same time we need some improvements to make our project more professionally. As a professional I want my project should match all the requirements which our clients have from us. We must organise our material professionally because in any project there is a need of professionalism without it no one can achieve their goals.
