Gender equality:- equal power and opportunities for men and women. Entails the concept that all human beings , both men and women are free to develop their personal abilities and make choice without the limitations set by stereo type. Rigid gender roles and prejudices. Gender equality means that the different behavior, aspirations and needs of women and men are consider, valued and favoured equally. It is doesn’t means that women and men have to become the same, but that their rights, responsibilities and opportunities will not depend whether they are born male and female. Gender equality means fairness treatment for women and men, according to their respective needs. This may include equal treatment or treatment that is different but which is considered. Equivalent in terms of rights, benefits , obligations and opportunities.

Personal experience :- According to me, gender role are unavoidable at any stage of our life. They are taught to us by parents, convey in the media, practiced and honored in organizations and supported by our government. No matter how many feminist groups attempt to bring to set of gender roles for male and female together, there will always be the unwritten and expectations that male and female are taught. In our society, every family prefer to new born baby to be a boy. In childhood boys will play with guns and girls always play with dolls. As long as this occurs, the ambitions for boys and girls will be directly related to stereotypical from we are taught. Boys are allow to go outside at any time what there is time limitation only for girls, people think that girls are emotional and they cry on little bit things but boys are strong, that shows that gender equality also present in 21st century.

How gender equality effect on relationship:- In every relation we are see that female are more dominating as compare to males. If both male and female both are working then females are hold their work in office as well as women care more about a partner’s housekeeping skills than small fraction of elite leadership positions in government and business . Many men seem to believe that gender equality will cause relationship problems. sometimes it will happen that during work lead on females they are unable to balance their work on both side which cause the major problems in the relation and relationship.
